I am a university student studying Information Management and assisting the Before Now is Tomorrow team by communicating with the NFSA and others. The current project involves digitising regional Australia's cultural heritage and we are currently organising digitisation of a 16mm silent short film, Tea Party, made in 1952.
Having a strong interest in film and being a member of the Melbourne International Film Festival, I was delighted to discover Tea Party is of historical significance to MIFF.
