I'm a 36yr old male, Greek, living in Thessaloniki/Macedonia/Greece.

I'm an enterpreneur and investor in several of the world's financial derivatives markets (european, US, Asian): stocks, bonds and commodities. Studied electrical engineering.

My primary interests include the financial markets, economy, politics, technology, computers and everything about the Internet (I've been an Internet user since 1988 and several of my early years business ventures involved the Internet in one way or another).

I currently use several computers and OSes (the unavoidable WinXPs, Debian Linux and FreeBSD) and over the years have had the chance to use just about any major computer OS both Unix-like (SunOS, HP/UX, AIX, Ultrix etc) and propriertary (IBM mainframes CP/CMS VM/XP, AS/400 OS/400, DEC VMS, MacOS etc). Basically I enjoy anything about technology (computers, telecoms etc).

I speak Greek (natively), German and English (and have basic understanding of a few more languages).

PS: I've been editing Wikipedia articles for a relative short time (a few months, since Mar-06). Mostly sticking to very "niche" subjects, e.g. humanitarian distributed computing projects, e.g. Rosetta@home and others). But when I recently tried to get involved with "controversial" subjects like UFO (a subject I've started reading about more seriously this summer 2006), I've got upset a few times with people who thoughtlessly delete others edits.
