I Have built in the greater Los Angeles are for the better part of 35 years./ most of what I have built has been public works. these are projects you don't see. I.E. we did the Hyperion Treatment Plant in El Segundo in 1987. those large methane gas burners we set them and completed them 63 feet tall and it required two cranes to do it having worked for PKS Peter Kiewit and Sons. I was Union at the time. Now I Am Building Custom Homes in Malibu and Los Angeles Area. throughout the yeas I have acquired about 350 acres through the Original Owners of Malibu. The Plan is to Build as many as possible. I Currently Have A List of 175 Homes. My Canyons are: Latigo, Carbon, and Topanga.
