I have discovered something extremely funny. If you type the following code: {{Insert pagename here}} and press "Save page" or "Show preview" you will see that whole page transcluded on this page. Here's an example.

This is an example of a user page. See Wikipedia:User pages for help on using user pages.

Example is an account created to be used in examples where you don't want to name a particular user.

Place holder is a similar account, used when you intend to replace the user name with an actual user later.

This page should be used in much the same way as you would use the example webpages at https://example.com, .org, .net, or .edu when you don't want to link to a particular page.

Example image edit

Free images uploaded to Wikimedia Commons or Wikipedia may be included in user pages as well as articles. Here is an example image you can use for experimental/testing purposes.

Example subpage edit

Users can create subpages in their own userspace, for purposes such as drafting articles. Below is an example of a subpage:

Example talk edit

Every user page has a user talk page for talking with the user by other users:

See? Of course, I have yet to see if it works with non-userspace pages. But I will. I promise you.

Stand by for updates.

Well, it seems that it has put a somewhat ugly redlink here, but I don't care. --Decepticon Shockwave, signing off. (talk) (contributions) 16:12, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
