DeadlyClear is a blog published by Virginia Parsons, foreclosure defense paralegal and litigation assistant. Parsons authors the blog under the nom de plume, DeadlyClear. The blog focus centers around foreclosure fraud and Wall Street investment banking corruption. DeadlyClear provides an elementary view of the mortgage foreclosure process highlighting the crimes against homeowners committed by investment firms, lenders and servicers.
DeadlyClear was originally created to keep Hawaii legislators apprised of the current economic and political conditions resulting from the massive amount of wrongful foreclosures, robo-signing and fraud, including but not limited to fraudulent assignments of mortgage filed in the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances, in hopes that they might better educate the judiciary. Several posts have circulated across the country, around the world and have been re-cited in other blogs and print publications.
