Guo Shengkun (Traditional Chinese: 郭聲琨; Simplified Chinese: 郭声琨; Hanyu Pinyin: Gūo Shēngkūn) (b. October 1954) is the current Communist Party of China Provincial People's Committee Secretary for Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the People's Republic of China.

Guo was born in October 1954 in Xingguo County, Jiangxi. He began working in August 1973, and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1974. Guo graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology with a degree in mining. He later achieved a master's degree and became a professor of high level engineering. From August 1973 to March 1977, he was sent down to work in a collective in his home county.
