Damilare Okunola is a Nigerian journalist, video content creator and producer credited for some of the most viral video contents on the social media.
In 2017, he was adjudged Nigeria's BEST STREET JOURNALIST by the Miss Black Europe Improver Awards. He has produced a number of documentaries including the award-winning My Migration Story series on Legit TV (a YouTube Channel). He is renowned for using his videos to touch lives and helping people get back on their feet after sharing their ordeals with him.
In 2022, he was appointed as the Managing Editor at VONa Communications, where he currently holds sway.
He is also the publisher of Nigeria's indigenous tennis website, Nigeria Tennis Live, which tells the stories of Nigerian tennis players and promotes Nigerian tennis.
Damilare has facilitated a number of events, including being among the speakers at e virtual event during COVID-19, to share his field experience in Journalism and content creation.
He was also a speaker at the annual Social media week event, where he shared with the audience, how to make 'a one-million-view video', among others.
