Hello, I'm Daft Neophyte. One could call me Dafty, though I probably wouldn't appreciate it very much. It sounds too much like Daffy (as in Daffy Duck of Looney Tunes), and while I enjoyed the character in his early screwball years while partnered with characters other than Bugs Bunny, I have found him to have only gone downhill since.
As a sidenote, I am deathly afraid of making any major contribution to Wikipedia as I know that, within a half an hour, twenty more intelligent, worldly, and physically attractive people than me would refute its very existence and expose it for the shameful mass of lies and ignorance that it would be. That's why I usually keep it to typo editing.
