I am also an Assistant Scoutmaster in my old Boy Scout Troop. I enjoy camping, canoeing, kayaking, fire-building, rifle shooting, archery, shotgun shooting (My favorite), and I am trying to give back more than Scouting gave me.
Also, I am an alumnus of the US FIRST Robotics program and I am now a robot build mentor for my high school's current team.

I am a huge sci-fi fan. My favorite movies include Predator, Alien and subsequent sequels. Some of my favorite books are based on these movies. Additionally, I absolutely love the Vorkosigan Saga by Lois McMaster Bujold. I have contributed a large number of articles to Wikipedia for the Saga. I keep trying to expand the coverage on these great books.
In case anyone is curious, my name is the name of the main Predator in the book Alien vs Predator: Prey. Dachande is his nickname and means Different Knife. His real name is Yeyinde which means Brave One. I read the book when I was like 15 and I loved it.
