Corporate

edit

Amazon's corporate officers has had several internal complaints of institutional inequality. In early 2021, five women filed lawsuits for race and gender discrimination and harassment. Later in 2021, an internal letter reported gender inequality and workplace harassment in Amazon's Prime department. Amazon has said that representation among women has increased and that Prime leadership has a goal of doubling and retaining women in leadership.[1]
