The Crump Abdominal Retractor is an abdominal retractor manufactured and distributed by Krolman Corporation of Massachusetts, and was developed for use specifically during organ procurements. It was designed by Matthew Crump, a Director in the field of Organ and Tissue Transplantation, after realizing that there were no abdominal retractors designed to allow for the vast visibility required during an organ recovery.
