Eddy current: find reference for discovery by Léon Foucault in 1851. (Add to both articles when found.)

Found book source indicating that Foucault "studied carefully" (not necessarily discovered) eddy currents.
Eddy currents appear to be a special case of Lenz's law, which certainly was understood earlier than Foucault's work.

Mass–energy equivalence is confusingly worded and needs more citations.
Quantum mechanics has a few references to web pages that seem questionable.
Refractive index: resolve confusion between real and complex n: Re(n)<1 is what it should say (I think). If so, that stuff should be moved into the section on complex-valued index of refraction; otherwise, it keeps confusing people.
Bandwidth (computing): Too many variant phrases, awkward sentences, and "refers to" repetition.
Electrical resistance: Uses inconsistent terms for nonlinear resistance in lead section and later in text.
Litz wire: the big diagram at the top is NOT litz wire! Need accurate diagram.
