Aniechi Gideon Oluwatobi (born 06 May 1996), simply known as Magnus (M2DG) is a Nigerian rapper, contemporary Christian, producer, songwriter and recording artist from Ndokwa West Delta State. He is the founder and owner of record label Home Fame Media[1], which is home to recording artists such as Magnus (M2DG) himself, Toks, Mikky J, and Esta among others.

Early life, education and career

Magnus (English:great) was born into a family of five. His birth name is Aniechi Gideon Oluwatobi[2]. He finished his primary education in Ondo State, during his secondary education in Lagos State, He discovered his interest in music and art, although he was in a Science Class, He was acting as the President of his school Art Department. He participated in a few Science Projects and Art Exhibition. He organized different talent exhibition and shows, he has this passion for talent, skillful people and he also inspires teenagers. He aim to become a Sound Engineer in the closest future. He loves Research, DIY Engineering, he believes in Creativity, Talents and Sound.

Music life & Home Fame Media

Magnus plays drums professionally and he raps. Although he hasn't released any of his songs yet, but he has featured in several songs of artists under his label. His passion for music and talent had led him to organized different talent outreaches. In August 2015, he organized a Talent Show that gave room to over a 100 talented teenagers and young adults to showcase their talents.[4] His first album "Magnus Open MIC" containing 9 songs featuring different artists that he gave opportunity to showcase the singing skills.[5][6]. He said he draws inspiration from Frank Edward, Sinach, Vector, Cobhams Asuquo, Don Jazzy, M.I, Eminem and his role model Chris Oyakhilome.
