I am intending to create a page for a living person, not a public figure, in the financial administration field. I seem to have found all I need to know regarding guidelines for content, but I have not found how to post the article I have prepared as a Microsoft Word document onto a page where Wikipedia administrators may access and approve or disapprove it for publication.
Can someone explain how to access that page? Is THIS the page I should use?
