Claire Barclay (born 1968) is an artist who lives and works in Glasgow, Scotland. In 1990 she graduated from Glasgow School of Art’s Environmental Art and in 1993 completed the MFA course.[1] Her work crosses through installation, sculpture and printmaking and often uses craft techniques to explore materials and space.[2][3] Her most notable shows include solo exhibitions at Whitechapel Gallery and Tate Britain, London, has exhibited her work widely throughout the UK and internationally.[1]
