All parrots have different lifespans. Some parrots can live up to 80 years, although some only live up to 30 or 40 years. This list does not contain all parrot species.

Cookie (cockatoo) edit

Cookie (June 30, 1933 - August 27, 2016), is known as the oldest Major Mitchell's cockatoo. He died aged 83.

Charlie (parrot) edit

Charlie (allegedly hatched on January 1, 1899), is known as the oldest parrot still alive today. As of today she is 118 years old, and previously owned by Sir Winston Churchill during World War II.
