Mexican, biologist by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), member of Wikimedia Mexico since march 2014 but volunteer since february 2013, also member of Wikimedia Venezuela. At this moment I work with the project of wikiCONABIO, improving the articles about endangered species in Mexico. I also give some talks about Wikipedia at universities and institutes such as National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM), University of Guadalajara (UDG), Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and The National Commission for Knowledge and Use of Biodiversity (CONABIO). I was recently appointed as a volunteer collaborator of finances in WMMX.
For 2014, I am part of the bid team for Wikimania 2015 in Mexico and I will try to be active the whole year in the Translate Venezuela Project.
