Ullrich von Katbauer (born September 9, 1972 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a famous scientist. He was born to a farmer (Bauer) and he is also a cat, resulting in his last name Katbauer.

Ullrich graduated from KTH in 2004, before working on his father's farm on his latest innovative agricultural project. He eventually won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2038 for his invention of a fuel-cell powered cat food dispenser, as well as the Nobel Peace Prize two years later for his efforts in promoting the ethical treatment of eggs in Scandinavian farms.

Ullrich is one of five kittens born to Bauer Bauerson, a large Finnish Dorset. He is married to Erin Alumina and has four children, Katharine (born 2006), Jeff (born 2008), Rasmus (born 2011) and Ullrich Jr (born 2013).
