I'm ChemDiversity (Pip) and I'm the Inclusion and Diversity executive at the Royal Society of Chemistry. I started editing in August 2018!
In my job I work on making the chemistry community a place for everyone, whether you're in education, academia, industry, or anywhere else! I'm really interested in helping to retain the amazing talent we have in chemistry and making sure that anyone can reach their full potential and love what they do, no matter what their background.
I'm interested in increasing the visibility of women in science online to show that science is for everyone, not just old men.
I also review and write for Chemistry World magazine.
