Cha-Ron was born in New York City's hospital, Harlem Hospital, to the parents Ronald Brock (father) and Charlene Taylor (aka Judea Shukrea Sahair)(mother). At the time of birth, Ronald was 30 years, and Charlene was 18 years.

Cha-Ron was born the 6th child of all paternal siblings; The 6th child of said father and the 1st child of said mother. Cha-Ron's older siblings were (oldest to youngest) Keith Brock (m), Brian Brock (m), Ronald Brock jr (m), Shelly Brock (f), and Kevin Brock (m).

Cha-Ron's other maternal siblings were originally listed as (oldest to youngest) Yermiah Taylor, and "Baby Taylor" (aka Stephen Smith).

Cha-Ron's primary language is English, however he learned to read and write Hebrew during Junior High School, and to read, write, and speak Arabic while in college.

Cha-Ron attended multiple colleges. Initially, he was enrolled at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) of Troy, New York matriculated in Electrical Engineering studies. Years after enrolling at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute he enrolled at Hudson Valley Community Community College (HVCC) of Troy, New York and matriculated in Accounting. Years after enrolling at HVCC he enrolled at Schenectady County Community College (SCCC) of Schenectady, New York in Paralegal studies. He also took various other classes at Lehman College (CUNY), City College of New York (CUNY), and Brook College.

Cha-Ron participated in news paper publication at both colleges Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Hudson Valley Community College. His experience in newspaper publication is in copy editing and news article writing. All articles written were first page assignments. The publications were The Poly (aka The Polytechnic), and The Hudsonian.
