Partners

edit

Intransa has many sales and technology partners in the industry.[17]

Certified Technology Partners

edit

Intransa has certification labs in which products are tested and certified for risk free integration. They have over two dozen video management software applications certified to comply with the video appliances. Through the Intransa Technology Lab Test certification, a number of software platforms have been tested and certified compatible. Manufacturers supply their products to the lab regularly for multi-level tests certification, assuring simplicity for installer, integrator, and customers and a wide range of physical security analysis[18] These technological partners are integrated with the product as pre-loads -in the form of a USB media kit, when the product is shipped. Different levels of commitment are rated on a 3-tier system. There is CERTIFIED, SELECT CERTIFIED, and ELITE CERTIFIED. These ratings are also divided into different categories of physical security -Video Management Software, Cameras and Imaging Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Analytics. [19][20]

Certified Sales Partners

edit

Intransa has many relationships with integrators, representative firms, and manufacturer representative firms whom are certified resellers of the video appliances. Intransa's products are available around the globe through authorized dealers only. [21]. These firms have to members of the Intransa Certified Sales Program. Similar to the Technology certification process, there is a 3 tiered rating system: SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM. All three of these ratings allow password control access, purchase Intransa platforms and services, access to telesales and regional support. [22]
