1. Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you? The article is relevant to the topics. No distractions found.

2. Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? The article is neutral. It is not biased.

3. Are there viewpoints that are over-represented, or underrepresented? No.

4. Check a few citations. Do the links work? Does the source support the claims in the article? The reference link for Number 8 and 18 are broken. The others function properly.

5. Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference? Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that bias noted? Yes. Most of the information comes from EBSCOhost. The rest is from NBC News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and various other trusted news sources.

6. Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added? Some reference links are from five plus years ago. There are some that are fairly recent.
