Idáliz Escalante Baquero[1] was born on April 14, 1973 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. She is an Author, Neurocoach and Lecturer. Her first written work has the title of; Program for Success, followed by the book: The Secret for Manifestation of Your Dreams(El Secreto para la Manifestación de tus Sueños). Today is the Founder and Executive Director of Directora Ejecutiva de Mujer Empresaria de Hoy, Inc. (MEH)[2], which began in January 2008 for Latina businesswomen in America.
Escalante has served as a panelist, moderator and collaborator with organizations such as: Network of Businesswomen and Professional Women from the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico (Red de Empresarias y Mujeres Profesionales de la Cámara de Comercio de Puerto Rico), Puerto Rico Industry Association, Puerto Rico Center of Sila M. Calderón Foundation, Fundación Alas a la Mujer, and has been invited to numerous local and international radio and television programs since the creation of her network[3]; Escalante has opened doors outside of Puerto Rico for many women entrepreneurs and has served as a link between Puerto Rico and other Spanish speaking countries. It offers conferences and workshops for clients such as Bacardi Corp., Integral Coaching, Manta Medical, EduCoop, Aquariuos Vacation Club, PR SBTDC, Mujer Creativa Magazine, Centro para Puerto Rico, among others.[4]
