I study Linguistics, and the History and Philosophy of Science. I'm interested in:
- Language revitalization in Brazil and Canada
- Old English diachronic syntax and sociolinguistics
- V2 typology and V2 outside of Germanic
- Natural language processing, in clinical and revitalization contexts
- Theories of Scientific Change and Method change

Brazilian Indigenous Languages Pages edit
Right now I'm working with a professor and other students to flesh out pages for indigenous languages in Brazil. There are over 170 indigenous languages in Brazil but most don't have very detailed pages on Wikipedia, nor easily-accessible public information for non-linguists. I think that making knowledge publicly available helps provide a touchpoint for those interested in issues of linguistic discrimination and language revitalization. Plus, I think these languages are super cool!
