CN Times Books is the U.S. publishing subsidiary of Beijing Media Time Book Co. Ltd., a trade book publisher in China. Launched in New York City in 2012, CN Times Books was founded by publisher George Zhu, and is the first venture outside of China by its parent company. The trade house will publish 24 books in 2013 and anywhere between 40 and 100 books in 2014. Their titles range across the spectrum of fiction, nonfiction, books for children, and titles of scholarly and academic interest.

Beijing Media Time Books was founded in 2008 by George Daping Zhu, and also operates two distribution companies in China. Since it was founded it has expanded into a $50 million business.

CN Times Books was founded with the idea that they would be a "bridge between the Eastern and Western World". Their first book, China Threat? was published in July 2013 followed quickly by classics in Chinese literature such as The Spirit of the Chinese People, translated by Gu Hongming, Three Confucian Classics, also translated by Gu Hongming, Quotations From Mao Zedong (commonly referred to as "The Little Red Book" in the East, and Mao on Warfare.

CN Times Books has become the very first Chinese publisher to work directly with Ingram Publisher Services, the world’s largest content distributor.
