I think Wikipedia is a great idea, and I've enjoyed learning how it all works. Unfortunately it doesn't always work as well as it should. My content-developing edits have been declining, partly because there is little incentive when it is so easy for people to come along and do what they like regardless of policy. If policies are not sufficiently enforced, the misinformed and self-interested will continue to push the encyclopedia away from accuracy and neutrality, and the project will fail.
