Er.P.Mammed koya is a prominent Civil Engineer practising as a chief Consultant for M/s Builtechgroups Engineers,planners,and Valuers ,Kozhikode.He studied here during the time of Emergency (1975-77) He is a social activist and active office bearer of many social and professional organisations such as MSS,,Chamber of commerce,LENSFED,Ciesco etc. He is Author of two Travelogues 1.Usbekisthanile munthiri Vallimalai,2.Hajj yathra,Ormakal,Anubhavangal and wrote many Socio Cultural articles in Malayalam periodicals and news papers. He runs a YouTube channel "engineertalks"and aired more than 138Videos related most of them with civil engineering subjects and other social issues.
He was the State President of LENSFED(Licensed Engineers and Supervisors Federation a state wide organisation of Engineers Architects and Supervisors),vice president of Calicut Chamber of commerce and Industry ,General Secretary of MSS,President of Calicut South Rotary .At present he is the President of CIESCO- A Social organisation of Kozhikode based at Kuttichira established in 1956. He traveled more than 30 Forign countries and almost all states in India.Living at SALILAM,Thiruvannure with Wife Saleena and Three children
