History of creation edit

In 2015, inspired by fresh knowledge after completing the MBA course in marketing at the RUSSIAN FOREIGN TRADE ACADEMY, Hippolyte Dumoulin conceived the idea of creating something unique. He wanted to create an advertising agency that would introduce Russian ideology into advertising products, thereby influencing the ideology of commercial information and the meanings that companies broadcast to the external environment. He already had a successful experience, including the creation of the legendary zero project - NIGHTPEOPLE.

In 2018, fate brought Hippolyte together with Anastasia Dumoulin, who at that time was the director of information policy and communications of the largest air carrier AZUR AIR. Anastasia has created the entire communication platform of this brand in the Russian air transportation market.

In 2021, these two specialists with many years of experience, already being a married couple, decided to open a full-cycle advertising agency. Thus began their joint history in the world of advertising, where they joined forces to contribute to the development of russ

The HD ARTEL advocacy & communications agency is a partner of the All-Russian public movement of Mentors of Children and Youth "Mentors of Russia". The agreement was signed on August 11, 2023. Cooperation provides mutual assistance and support in the development of mentoring of children and youth in the field of education and upbringing. It is planned to develop digital mentoring. It is important to help adults master new technologies that are easily operated by children.

Project [5_15] for the charity foundation of seriously ill children "Lifeline" Project "[5_15]. Become a Digital Volunteer" marked the opening of Russia's first NGO representative office in the metaverse. At the cyber breakfast, timed to coincide with the presentation of the project and held at Skoltech, the "Capsule of Good" was also laid in the Spatial metaverse. The project [5_15] was developed by the HD ARTEL agency on pro bono terms for the charity foundation "Lifeline" with the aim of developing a culture of charity in our society and organizing fundraising in the digital environment. The purpose of the study is to confirm the opinion of experts and prepare the basis for the development of projects aimed at the development of gaming culture in modern Russian society, focused on the development of skills necessary for the development of innovative technologies, as well as to preserve the psychological health of the younger generation and ensure the safe existence of children and adolescents in the digital environment when consuming modern multimedia products.

The results of the study served as the basis for a publication in Rossiyskaya Gazeta with the headline "Russian parents do not want to be responsible for children's games," because as a result it turned out that up to 75% of parents face various problems in terms of gaming culture, do not know what and with whom their children play in virtual space. The study also revealed problems with insufficient digital and legal literacy.

In December 2022, the Propaganda & Communications Agency organized a round table in the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the topic "On legislative initiatives to regulate digital products falling into the sphere of video games". Experts discussed prospects, risks and threats to Russian society and ways to solve problems related to the development of gaming, esports, virtual reality (VR), and metaverses in Russia. The possibilities of using immersive experience in virtual reality, computer and mobile games for rehabilitation for medical purposes were discussed.
