Boru, the clan name of Paul J.O'Brien.
Paul is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Clinical Medic, Qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal trainer as well as being a Level 2 Reality Based Personal Protection Instructor.
He is based in Dublin, Ireland, where he trains and treats his clients, enjoys his origami and walks his dog Molly. He has made numerous TV apperances on RTE teaching his fitness and self defnce routines and has a regular column in Irelands leading Martial Arts publication, Irish Fighter Magazine.
