Bernard Hibbitts (born 1959) is a law professor and the Publisher & Editor-in-Chief of JURIST, the non-commercial legal news and research service at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He occasionally adds selected JURIST commentaries and resources to Wikipedia as external links to deepen and broaden law-related articles. These should not be considered Wikipedia spam.
