I'm a professional writer and editor of, primarily, technical documentation for IT professionals and software developers (currently, developers of video games). In high school, everyone wanted me to review their essays, and my path to compulsive editing was established; it's difficult not to fix things when I'm using Wikipedia, and so far, I've mostly contributed copy editing and additional details to existing articles.
I invented this user name because I like the sound of the word Benelux and because I like the Low Countries, where my grandfather grew up (in Hamme-Mille, about 30 kilometers east of Brussels, in Walloon Brabant).
Like many other people, I have a blog and a profile on Twitter. You can even check out some of the music that I like on Last.fm or Zune.
Most of the time, I'm in Seattle, where I might be playing World of Warcraft or contributing to WoWWiki, particulary if it's grey outside.
