Melt Bar and Grilled is a restaurant in Lakewood, Ohio, that specializes in creative grilled cheese sandwiches.[1] They are owned and operated under the vision of Matt Fish, who is also the Executive Chef. [2] They are currently located at 14718 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood.[3], with plans to open a second location in Cleveland Heights in the near future. [4]
