My name is John K. Balor. I'm a mathematician (Master of Science in Industrial Mathematics), and have been working in the area of quality management since 1992, developing and applying various mathematical techniques for improving organizational performance.
My contributions to Wikipedia edit
My current interests are related to applying Actor-network theory for installing ISO 9001-type quality management. In this context I'm generally interested in mythologies of Modernity, and have found the television series Space: 1999 to be particularily useful.
I'm also interested in general issues of management and group behaviour, and have been using the James Last Orchestra as one of my favourite sources of inspiration.
