"It is paradoxical, yet true, to say, that the more we know, the more ignorant we become in the absolute sense, for it is only through enlightenment that we become conscious of our limitations. Precisely one of the most gratifying results of intellectual evolution is the continuous opening up of new and greater prospects."

Nikola Tesla

"A happy life must be to a great extent a quiet life, for it is only in an atmosphere of quiet that true joy can live."

Bertrand Russell

"‎Poetry is nearer to vital truth than history."

About me ✰

edit

I have strong interests in several things but astronomy is my favorite. Some of my other interests include math, science, history, religion (especially Judaism and Christianity), art, literature, etymology, mythology, and philosophy. I am an autodidact and I have a bit of an eccentric personality so I am sort of obsessed with figures like Hildegard of Bingen and Bertrand Russell because I relate to them a lot. My favorite person ever in history has to be Nikola Tesla (I love history).

I have hyperphantasia and particularly intense synesthesia (they are not medical diagnoses). I may have undiagnosed autism spectrum disorder, which is why I may appear "weird" and "baby-like" to people, why I have gotten bullied, repeat topics, and have hypersensitivities. My RAADS-R score was high, so take that for what you will. Fun fact: Synesthesia is 3x more likely to occur in autistic individuals. I also did genetic testing, and on my OXTR gene, I have genetic markers for social anxiety disorder, ASD, and OCD. Here's a relevant study on it. As you can tell, another one of my interests is genetics.
