Uncivil behavior & personal attacks edit
(insert prior RfC, ArbCom complaint, and ArbCom Enforcement complaint links, briefly summarizing their content) DG has not indicated that he recognizes or even respects the ArbCom behavioral restrictions placed upon him. In a previous ArbCom enforcement complaint, it was pointed out that he has edited uncivilly using an anonymous account, despite RfC and ArbCom restrictions about doing so. He has remained consistently evasive having used this account, despite SPP findings and repeated specific inquiries by Dicklyon himself about the matter. A genuinely recalcitrant editor would have admitted their error and moved on. While using this account, he violated 3RR, which went undetected until the matter grew stale.
Continued uncivil behavior edit
The following DIFF/TIMEs illustrate a pattern of uncivil behavior and personal attacks extending backwards chronologically. This behavior furthermore entails maintaining that other editors are in fact the ones being uncivil to him. My own contributions to the article have been characterized as OWNish, POV, uncivil and lacking AGF. Furthermore I've been called a liar when I note in a post that I am aware of psychological terms, having an associate's degree in Psychology (which I in fact possess).
This pattern seems to consist of singling out those editors who oppose his edits and accuse them of uncivil behavior, POV, OWNership and other personal attacks and failure to assume Good Faith, perhaps with the intent of provoking them into perpetrating those actual acts.
Clearly, this intention seems to have worked with Colin4C who, while doing fine work in other articles, cannot seem to remain civil in DG's presence and has had to be warned about rising uncivilly to DG's goading. DG has also been warned about his uncivil behavior, but he simply removes the counselings from his User Talk as "vandalism"). Needless to say, he has been warned repeatedly about taking a more civil, less attack-y tone in his posts (detailed below by Diff/Times).

After the escalation in personal attacks, I sent a final warning to DG's User Talk page, requesting that he cease all personal attacks upon me. The diff below shows it was reverted (and presumably not taken seriously):
