Usage edit

Includes the top part of the tab page. The parameter ("Extra text") is optional, and will be put on the yellow line directly below the tabs if specified. Put any content between this template and the Footer template. This template must be complemented with the Footer template template to function properly.
Note: This template holds the tab setup. Look for the <!-- Put tabs below --> line in the source.
