Extracts first name, leaving last name for sorting:
=RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-FIND(" ",A2))
this will extract multi-word last names, such as Van Alpha or Del la Sorte

Extracts just first name
=LEFT(B4,FIND(" ",B4)-1)

Extracts last name if there are middle initials or titles before first names
=RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-FIND("@",SUBSTITUTE(A2," ","@",LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2," ","")))))

Add last name to first name
