My name is Aidan Leary, and I am a sophomore at Bucknell University. I am an English major with a concentration in Film and Media Studies. Currently, I am taking a course entitled "History of Ecology," in which I will be creating and editing Wikipedia pages about topics relating to Ecology throughout the semester.
Article for Main Project:
Working off of Prof. Stuhl's suggestion of the Arctic Ecology article, I stumbled upon the Tropical Ecology article, which appears to be in much worse shape than the other. The entire article consists of four lines with no divisions or subdivisions and only two references. Clearly, this article is a work in progress and I would like to develop it. This article is important to Wikipedia because, as the Outline of ecology article suggests, tropical ecology is a central subdivision of the field of ecology.
