Abul Kashem Md. Shirin has been working for last 30 years in different IT and management positions like Computer Programmer, CIO/CTO and Deputy CEO in government and Financial Institutions. For last 6 years, he is working as policy maker and Deputy Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank, a highly technology savvy bank in Bangladesh. He has implemented on-line banking, ATM network, Internet Payment Gateway and mobile banking systems of the bank. He is now working to implement Agent Banking at Dutch-Bangla Bank.
He has obtained his Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
