Gamph is a village in Dhandhuka region, Ahmedabad District. Before 1947 Gamph was a small princely state.Gamph was ruled by Chudasama dynasty. There are 52 estates in Bhal region which all are Bhayads of the Gamph State.

History

Navaghana (late 11th century king), The King of Junagadh have 5 sons, Whom elder son Shatrashalji given the Jagir of Bhadli. His descendants continued the main branch of chudasama. His son Devaji Moved Capital to Hingolgadh. Later they moved to Bhal region. Raisalji established new capital Gorasu in VS 1628.
