Everything in the article appears relevant to the topic and the information is up-to-date. The article does a great job at explaining convergent evolution and providing examples. It addresses some problems with distinguishing convergent evolution from ativism and parallel evolution. However, it does not provide methodology. I would like to address this gap and add methods used to detect convergent evolution.

It would be useful to update this article with reliable sources and remove links that are no longer working.
