Season 1 addition: Original: They also find a mysterious metal hatch buried in the ground. While two survivors, Locke and Boone, try to force the hatch open, four others, Michael, Jin, Walt, and Sawyer attempt to leave on a raft that they have built. Edit: In addition to the mysterious things found on the island, Locke and Boone locate a metal hatch. While exploring in the jungle Locke and Boone come across an old yellow plane suspended in the air, in an attempt to find rescue Boone climbs into the plane. Unfortunately his weight shifts the plane and he is crushed, and later succumbs to his injuries. While Locke and Boone were in the jungle, four others Michael, Jin, Walt, and Sawyer attempt to leave on a raft that they have built.
Season 5 addition: Original: In 1977, Juliet detonates the fission core taken from the hydrogen bomb. Edit: The season closes with a dying Juliet at the Dharma Swan site in 1977, she repeatedly smashes the bomb with a rock and detonates it.

I have decided to make these changes because I felt that the summaries were not in depth enough. Though Season 6 has a lengthy summary explaining the major plot moments, season 1 and 5 had major components of the show that were left out.
