Abigail Smith is Communications Manager of the Centre for Policy Development.
Her background straddles the community and public sectors, with six years managing communications for the VISION 2020 Global Initiative for the elimination of avoidable blindness, based at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where she worked closely with the World Health Organization and NGO partners. Prior to moving into the non-profit field, Abi worked in magazine publishing for over ten years.
