Career
edit2015-17: Wins and Lil Shuttle
editNow in Phoenix and with a small following Shuttle was able to finally record in a professional music studio and in late 2015 got to work on his first mixtape Wins. Production for the album was handled by another one of Shuttle’s childhood friends Oreo who was at school in Miami at time. The project did relatively well for Shuttle at the time but after school payment Shuttle was low on money and could barely afford to keep going to the studio.
By early 2017 he would scrounge up enough money to record his self titled second mixtape Lil Shuttle. The lead single to the project "Oceans" blew up now sitting at around 30 million plays on Soundcloud. To the dismay of Shuttle's parents he chose to drop out of college and move to LA to focus more on his musical career. Off of the success of the Lil Shuttle project Shuttle would go on a small tour. The project would also garner attention from big artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, XXXTentacion and Travis Scott. It would also receive attention from labels and Shuttle would sign with Kanye West’s GOOD Music.
