7th Level is an upcoming progressive/hard rock band that has been said to sound like the remake "Long Way Down" performed by Haste the Day. The guitars are very heavy and most of the chorus's are cleanly sung with a distinct scream overlap which shapes there music into an almost "metal" genre. Although 7th Level is a very new talent introduced to the scene, they do have an album "So Far Away" that was debued in September of 2009 by Route Note.
The band 7th Level is singer/songwriter Keith Heimericks, hailing from Rapid City SD. 7th Level was origninally created as a band with a few Air Force buddies that would occasionally jam. A few years down the road due to the Air Force, everyone left. The original front man Keith Heimericks has kept the bands name alive since 2007 by independently writing/performing/producing and engineering all of 7th Levels music. Everything recorded is done so by the spark of an idea which evolves to a song in the basement of Keiths house.
7th Level is no longer a band. The frontman Keith Heimericks partnered with Breaks The Fall, which lasted a little over a year. He now goes by his actual name and promotes himself as a Rock/Hard Rock Solo Artist. His website link is below.
