Add solar PV life cycle

Production-Distribution-utilization-care/maintenance

Photovoltaics as states above have several benefits; however, with the analysis of the life cycle there are parts of its production that cause damaging effects [1]. This is way it is pertinent to look at the full picture of solar energy production.

The production of solar energy begins with the manufacturing of the Photovoltaics and the issues that arise in this process [2]. In order to fully understand the issues that occur the link to the New Deal, Green New Deal, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, ARRA, must be devised [2]. As the Green New Deal and ARRA, created strains to produce a decrease in the cost of solar energy production [2]. This inadvertently imposes "new environmental, health, and safety risks" as the push to thin PV and cheaper production occur [2].
