Potential articles edit

This article has many issues, including but not limited to: insufficient length, lack of clarity, and inclusion of the author's opinions.

This is a stub article, so it may not be the best choice for an edit, but I currently own (and am currently reading) this novel, and could at least add a plot summary.

There are several grammatical errors (most noticeably more commas than necessary, somehow?) and there is no discussion of common motives for abandoning mines.

This page was created in 2007 with nothing but a description of an ATV accident in Arizona that had prompted a user "to document the occurances of abandoned mines with the result of marking and fencing them off so accidents like this will take place less often."

User "Clinchfield" added a thorough definition in an attempt to "get the article started." In 2018, user "Tomdo08" added a body that detailed abandoned mines and legislation related to them in the U.S. Another user later added a section on Canadian mines and legislation.

There have been over 500 edits between the article's creation and the present day. (Need to investigate what all of that is about.)

The "Description" section of this article is one giant paragraph (with minor grammatical inaccuracies) with no headers or breaks.

This article was created by a "Dr. Blofeld" in 2010, who simply posted it with one line of text stating that the "Bazilika e Shën Mehillit" is a cultural monument in Albania. User "Sepastaj" translated this to the English "Basilica of Saint Michael" and added a few lines of historical context. User "Likeanechointheforest" added translated text from a Hungarian article on the basilica in 2021, and this text was not separated or reformatted for the article.

This article has been edited 44 times.
