Geography
editUpper Exeter is located at 41°24′25″N 75°50′15″W / 41.40694°N 75.83750°W,[2] along Pennsylvania Route 92 in the northern part of Exeter Township. It is situated on the west bank of the Susquehanna River, approximately 6 miles (10 km) north of Pittston.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.3 km2), of which 2.0 square miles (5.1 km2) is land and 0.077 square miles (0.2 km2), or 4.46%, is water.[3]
