Turabi Çamkıran (born 3 July 1987), Turkish actor, dancer and fighter.[1]

Life and career
editTurabi was born in Mersin on July 3, 1987.[1] He went to Mersin Toroslar High School and Gazi High School but could not finish it, he finished high school after the Survivor competition.[2] He has been interested in breakdancing, muay thai and mixed martial arts[3] since his youth. Later, he entered Mersin University Faculty of Fine Arts and graduated from there.[4]
Would You Dance? was first presented by Huysuz Virjin in 2008. She participated in the contest. Then Ajda Pekkan, Hande Yener, Fatih Ürek, Yıldız Usmonova, Seren Serengil, Sertab Erener, Petek Dinçöz, Linet, Berksan, İsmail YK, Hadise, Demet Akalın, Ziynet Sali, Hatice, Gülşen, Yonca Evcimik, Atiye, Yavuz Seçkin, Nazlı. She danced in the music videos of Brilliant Dadaşova, Hamiyet and Aysun Kaya's songs. She danced at Bodrum Club Catamaran in 2011.[citation needed][clarification needed]
In 2013, he participated in the Yetenek Sizsiniz Türkiye competition and reached the semi-finals.[5] He participated in the Survivor competition prepared and presented by Acun Ilıcalı in 2014, 2015 and 2018. He took part in the 2014 Survivor Volunteers team and became the champion. In 2015, he also came first in the Survivor All Star competition and became the first person to win the Survivor competition twice in a row.[6] After the Survivor competition, he starred in several movies and TV series.[7] He took part in a public service advertisement of the Ministry of Health on instilling the habit of drinking milk in children.[8] He participated in the Survivor competition for the third time in 2018. He finished the competition in 5th place. In 2019, he participated in The Challenge: War of the Worlds, the 33rd season of The Challenge[9] broadcast in the US, and became the champion. In the same year, he participated in The Challenge: War of the Worlds 2, the 34th season of the competition, as the champion, but was disqualified in the 10th episode of the competition. In 2022, he participated in The Challenge: Ride or Dies, the 38th season of the same competition, and became the 5th person eliminated from the competition.[10][11]
He is very close friends with Hilmi Cem İntepe, whom he met from Survivor.
