Zero sources for 16 years. Current microstub focuses on 1917 US Timber Export Act, for which not enough meaningful coverage was found to justify a standalone article. In fact this is a generic term that is used more frequently to refer to the 1950 US Timber Export Act, as well as similar legislation in other countries (Guyana, New Zealand, Australia, Uganda, etc.). No prejudice if a new article is started on any of these other Timber Export Acts in the future. (proposed by Cielquiparle)
